How to stream *all* audio/video formats to the Dreambox using VLC! This is a newer method developed by the Gemini Project - I am sure few people are aware of this. This new FAQ can be found in the FAQ Section.
It runs rock solid on my P4 630 3.0Ghz w/1GB & 10/100. Depending on the speed of your PC you may have varied resutls - you will need to try!
This is the first of many streaming FAQs to be added - more to follow real soon! |

Update - Feb21@17:40 The admins on the second site have honoured my request, and have taken down the content as I requested. I am thankful both forums were co-operative and also to see we share some of the the same views and opinions. Update - Feb21@17:40 Here's an even bigger kick to the nuts for those "Dreamer's" that feel it necessary to pay someone for "support" through a forum. One of the pay forums has also copied my content. Hopefully those users will give me royalties, as I am sure the admins won't. Also, there is another "private" forum that has done the same thing. Both sites have been contacted and hopefully they honour my requests too. Recently I have come across two Forums - both FTA Forums, that have taken my content and redistributed it and posted it on their Forums. I have absolutely no problem with linking back to my site, but copying my content and direct linking to my images and screenshots is not only unethical and extraordinary lazy, it's unnecessarily eating up my bandwidth. I have requested both sites to remove my content, and so far one has complied. To me this is theft of my time and content. I have made available everything to everyone free, and will never charge. This is not a Forum or Support site, but a Knowledgebase. Yet other Forums feel the need to steal my content. I have given credit where credit is due for absolutely eveything on my site, and can only expect the same in return. |

Wow, it only took 2 weeks to reach 100 members! This weeks updates are going to include a collection of FAQs on streaming audio/video to/from the Dreambox. As usual, if anyone has skins the wish to have converted, let me know! |

A new FAQ has been added on how to setup and run Xlink KAI Engine on the Dreambox. This allows you to play XBOX system link games over the Internet. See the FAQ section for more info. Also a new skin released by JTEC-IHAD. This is Joshua03, Tessa and Ericupes work for a community skin for IHAD (http://www.i-have-a-dreambox.com). This new skin is fantastic, and has been added to Misc Skin Downloads, and the Skin Gallery |

Matrix10 has 2 new skins, find screenshots in the Skin Gallery and the Skins in the Download Dection. MX10 Gem1 is available in both blue and black. |
